This is an eight-week, ministry innovation intensive that guides a small cohort of congregational leaders through a process of ideation and prototyping toward a project or new ministry idea in their context. The goal is for each church to address the needs and hopes in their community by co-designing missional projects alongside young people.

This six-month hybrid or fully digital program includes events and digital coursework toward an innovative project in your ministry. This program is designed for people actively ministering to youth in churches, schools, and ministry organizations who are committed to learning from colleagues in diverse cultural contexts.

We have the knowledge and tools to help you get started without "reinventing the wheel" while helping you avoid costly mistakes. Certification CAYM's Quality Assurance program will work with you onsite to assess your compliance with nationally accepted best practices to certify that your mentoring is safe, effective and sustainable.
